Ticketing

General Terms

The event “VAX” is organised by Walkure Events and V Success Group Sdn Bhd and shall be known as “organisers” as per below. 

  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions from the organisers. 
  • The Standard ticket comes in the form of a wristband, all wristbands are to be worn before entry into the exhibition area and stage area. Entry will be refused if wristbands are not worn before entry. Entry will also be refused if wristbands are worn loosely and can be slipped off easily. Replacements or refunds will NOT be given.
  • Once the wristbands have been pasted together, the wristband cannot be removed unless the band is cut. Please only glue it to your wrist before entering the event. Replacements or refunds for damaged wristbands before or during the event will not be entertained.
  • The ticket grants entry to the specified event and is non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
  • Lost wristbands or tickets will not be replaced, even with a proof of purchase.
  • No refunds and exchanges for tickets and wristbands will be entertained.
  • The event organisers reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without providing a refund if they fail to comply with event rules.
  • The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the event or violates venue rules.

Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
  • Payments must be made through the official payment channels. The organisers are not responsible for unauthorized third-party sales.
  • Any transaction fees or surcharges imposed by payment processors will be borne by the ticket buyer.

Event Changes & Cancellations

  • The organisers reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund (excluding service fees), subject to the refund policy.
  • If the event is rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided unless the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Attendees participate at their own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any injuries, damages, lost items, or personal incidents during the event.
  • The organiser is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, transportation issues, or government restrictions affecting the event.

 Privacy & Data Protection

  • By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data for ticketing and event / promotional  purposes of the organisers and to its partners and  sponsors of the above event.   
  • The organisers may use images and recordings from the event for promotional purposes.

Prohibited Activities

  • Resale of tickets above the original price is strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorised photography, recording, and broadcasting of the event may be restricted.
  • Illegal substances, dangerous items, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Contact & Support

Workshop

  • Participants are required to present their IC or Passport for verification.
  • Participants are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the session to have their identity verified.
  • Participants are required to be present on time for the session, failure to do so will be treated as forfeiting the opportunity.
  • It is optional for Participants to bring their own note book/figure/camera etc if required. The organisers will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages during the workshop. 
  • Participants are required to show their wristband and receipt proof for the workshop session.
  • All participants are required to pre-register online or at site before workshop session commencement.
  • Due to safety concerns, all workshops have limited spots for participants. Availability is on a First-come, First-serve basis.
  • The organisers reserve the right to stop the session at any time should there be concerns during each session. 

Autograph Session

  • All participants are required to present their day wristband before permitted entry.
  • To ensure smooth crowd flow, please hand over your photography device to our staff before your turn for assistance. No selfies allowed.
  • Guest management has the right to deny individuals from the session or bar certain goods from being signed. The organisers recommend only  genuine goods related to the guest to be used. 
  • Due to time constraint, the organiser will not guarantee that all in queue will be able to obtain an autograph. This is solely on a First-come, First-serve basis.
  • The organisers reserve the right to stop the session at any time should there be concerns during each session. 

Portfolio Review

  • All participants are required to present their day wristband before permitted entry.
  • This is an invitation only session. All participants are required to register via online beforehand. 
  • To ensure a smooth transition between participants, please be ready at the designated area 15 minutes beforehand. Latecomers will not be entertained.
  • The organisers reserve the right to stop the session at any time should there be concerns during each session. 

Luggage Storage

  • Storage is RM5.00 per luggage per day and it will be at your own risk. 
  • Luggage Storage services are open from 11.00am till 6.00pm.
  • ONE tag provided is only valid for ONE piece of luggage.
  • The owner is responsible for providing their own lock to their luggage to prevent unauthorized access to their luggage.
  • If the owner doesn’t reclaim his baggage immediately after the event day it will be declared unclaimed and sold.
  • If the client reclaims his baggage for a temporary usage he loses his rights for the further safekeeping. Baggage once taken out should be paid again for re-storage.
  • The following items may not be given in for safekeeping – explosives, flammable and strong-smelling things, weapons, animals and birds, important documents, vendor stock, money and jewellery.
  • To make a baggage reclaim, the client should produce his redemption slip to the staff.If a client loses his/her redemption slip he/she would be required to write a statement, produce his/her passport/IC and prove that this baggage belongs to him/her. Fine for the loss of redemption slip is RM100.
  • The organisers will take utmost importance to take care of the safety of the baggage from any loss or damages as much as possible.
  • The organiser will not be held responsible or liable for any damages and missing items upon collection of your baggage.
